    I built this site for our business (gymnastics & swim school) and it is my first attempt on the web. The site is just standard HTML, and I use a lot of iframes.     Very nice.
    Only thing I might mention is it is a bit hard to read the captions. Maybe you sould make the background of them opaque and therefore easier to read by your clients.
