    Hi,
    i have a question. if i have 3 images. how can i setup in my xml that 1st image will have kenburn random zoom out, 2nd image will have kenburn random zoom in and third image as random pan. i want to be able to set each image to my choice of effects.

    you just put the parameters into each img tag. You can see an <a href="http://www.horsecompetence.de/galerie/2008_5/monoslideshow.xml">example xml here</a>.
