assuming you know your way around html, you simply put multiple instances of MSS on the page with differently named div's to be replaced and different "base" parameters to get different slideshows (and not always the same one).

You start by putting one instance of MSS on your site and get it to work.
Then you copy/paste the part in the html body, rename the div, change your css so it appears somewhere else, change the paths so other pictures are shown - done.
