Ok I know most of you have been editing your XMl file manually , having to open an xml and edit it every time you want to add a content... And i had thesame problem , i actually came here several times , posted some threads about it and ask for help about any xml editor on the fly that can easily do the job for you without opening the xml everytime. Well I think for those of you looking for an online simple xml editor , I just wrote a php file that automatically write the your inputs to where your xml file is, whether its on a different server or on a different planet . You can add and edit your time, You can also limit how many lines of content to be stored , for example you want to limit the elements in an album . I am not sure if i should post the file here but here is an example :

To add an element , all you have to do is just enter the tile , decription, link.... whatever and then submit , it will automatically submit your entry and save it into your xml file. You can also begin saving from the top down or from the bottom up.
To delete , You have to copy the existing image path of the element you want to remove to "Image path" box and , click delete option.
Oh and by the way , You can also password protect it and/or assign various user option to edit it.

i am interested in this solution. what i am expecting is password protecting certain gallery or login needed to access the gallery. I guess it might need php solution. could u please post it here ? or you can also share your idea to luckyakash at gmail.com. Thanks a lot !
implementing password protection is fairly easy if your host support php... i can email it to you if you want
