Hopefully a quick question. I have 2 groups of pictures that I want incorporated into my slideshow. However, I want the 1st group to transition at one speed and then when the next group comes up, have that group transition at a different speed. Is there something I need to add into the code to do this? I've noticed I can change it for all the pictures at once but is there a way to break that up. Any help would be appreciated.

Add the parameter to the image tags like this:
<code><img src="JK0V8450.jpg" title="" description="...natürlich!!" kenBurnsStart="0,50,525,400" kenBurnsEnd="0,0,600,400" imagePause="8"/></code>
You can put every parameter into the image tag, it will then automatically override global parameters. For what you want to achieve, you will have to put the parameters into every single image tag.
