Before I bought mono, I thought I'd be able to make the whole thing rounded, based off the available albumRoundedCorners property listed in the documentation. But, once I tried it, I realized it definitely doesn't apply to the whole Flash movie, but some sub-menu (probably the album listings, but I'm not using albums so that doesn't help me).
Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?
You could make a transparent .png file that contains rounded corners and place this .png in a .swf. You could then load this .swf as a markFile which stays on top of the whole slideshow.
creator of MonoslideshowIs there a chance anybody has an example of this?? I want rounded corners on my slideshow. I'm trying to achive something like this with swfmill. Possibly the wrong approach?? I've never worked with flash before so I'm not sure how to do this.
I have an example of this on a site just completed
<a href="http://www.edinburghcentral.org">Edinburgh Central</a>
just follow what Monokai suggests
Ok how do i create a transparent png with rounded corners? it is driving me mad figuring it out
I also have an example of rounded corners, and followed the markFile example
<a href="http://www.chilis.com.au/page/test.html">Chilis</a>
I created <a href="http://www.chilis.com.au/persistent/monoslide/flash_framer.png">this</a> PNG 24 graphic in photoshop as my markFile
Please note the above examples will be gone soon as I`m currently in the process of testing for other issues...(i.e lightbox not working in FF 2 when monoslide is present) Will be creating another thread asking for help :)
