   Does anyone know if it is possible to set a different time delay for each image, or is it only possible to have the same time delay for the whole album?

   Yes, add delay to each image

   e.g.

   <image source="something.jpg" delay="10" />

   That won't work,
   you'll need

   <image source="test.jpg" description="test">

   <configuration delay="8" />

   </image>
