I need to use my page as an .php document. But if the extension is .php and if I don't use php syntax, the document should still work like if it would be an .htm/.html-document.
Not your script. Instead of running only the content "Bitte beachten Sie, daß zum Abspielen der Fotos der Javascript und Flash benötigt werden." ("you need java and flash...") is shown. What can I do to solve this problem?

any way it seems like you have an problem in including the swfobject.js file
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/swfobject.js"></script>
put that line in your header section and be sure it is pointing to the right location for the file
