Hi -
I've installed NextGEN Monoslideshow 0.9.6 and NextGEN Gallery 1.5.3 within Wordpress 2.9.1.
When I set "Item scale mode" under Monoslideshow Options to "None". It still looks like my photos are stretched to fill the viewable port area. You can see my trials here - http://bitsllc.com/wp/about-tim
How do I get the images not to be scaled to fill the viewing area?
Within a Wordpress page I use the following code to reference the gallery I would like to be displayed:
[monoslideshow w=480 h=480 id=3 ]
I can see that the images are scaled because the 240 pixel wide images are stretched to fill the viewable area.
Thank you for your assistance.
Barb
to me it looks like your original images are in fact larger than the viewport and a crop is being shown - exactly as I would expect it, but may be some images are indeed smaller, but I could not detect any unproportional stretching?
Christoph
The pictures are either 240x360 or 360x240 or 360x360. No pictures are larger than 360x360. The 2nd port view is defined at 480x480 so I can see that the photos are being stretched to fill the view.
Hello
One year after i've the same problem on http://www.edelo.net/envision/?p=576
In the following three examples the images size is always the same (960x440) whatever the syntax :
- [monoslideshow id=1 w=450 h=350]
- [monoslideshow id=2 preset='edelo'] (with fullscreen)
- [monoslideshow id=3 w=200 h=200] (with small images)
The 3 galleries are http://www.edelo.net/envision/wp-content/gallery/
Thanks for your help !
