Hey,
that has solely to do with Flickr URL feed.
You can read more about it here and here
For example, tag your images with a unique name and use it like this:
http://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?id=YOUR_ID_HERE&tags=TAG_FOR_SLIDESHOW
-------------------------------------
i am trying to do the same like so.... (i have one set of photos with the tag bboy)
<album size="medium">
<flickr>http://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?id=41894194167@N01&tags=bboy</flickr>
</album>
i have not either been able to load the standard feed.... does monoslideshow need to be running from a server before it will work?? or can it be tested locally from my desktop as i am doing so now....?
would you be able to post some simple example xml files.... what am i doing wrong?
my flickr id is 41894194167@N01
many thanks
Boz
Monoslideshow doesn't have to run on a server for Flickr feeds to work. For example this are your photos tagged with "apple":

<album size="medium">
<flickr>http://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?id=41894194167@N01&tags=apple&format=rss_200</flickr>
</album>

GREAT NEWS MONOKAI!!
firsty thanks for the help... i got the tags to work and realised that i had posted completely the wrong flickr id anyway... (thats what happens with insomnia i suppose =)
and secondly i have been speaking to the developer of flickrssp and hes coded a beta already... hes just emailed it to me to test for him ... ill be trying it togight when i finish work.... ill let you know how i get on.... cant wait so happy!! =]
hi bozman. any chance of sending me the code? I'd love to get around the RSS limitation of 20 photos and am assuming this code does that. You can send it to jm at jlandau dt com
thanks!
